Delivery

The cost of delivery is included in the price on all orders over £15.00

In the event of an item being returned for a refund but supplied correctly neither the original or the return postage are refundable. Naturally, in the unlikely event of the item being faulty, a full refund will be available.

We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days, but please allow 5-7 days in case we have to order stock, we always try to let you know if we are waiting for stock.

1/2 length Cues and smallish parcels are sent 1^st class all larger items are sent by Standard parcel Post or by Courier.

Next day delivery and Saturday delivery is available at extra cost.

Please Note: Slate bed tables are excluded from the free delivery offer:

  A delivery charge of £200 will be added to your basket before payment of any slate bed
    tables.

  An additional charge may be required if the table needs to be carried upstairs or into a
    basement.
