Returns

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase simply return it to us unused and in original condition within 10 days for a refund or replacement.

Please note that the return postage and the delivery charge on the original order cannot be refunded.

In an unlikely event that your goods are faulty, we will of course reimburse you fully.

We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, or are damaged in transit. Please do obtain proof of postage, and ensure that the goods are covered by adequate insurance.

All goods are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against faulty materials and workmanship.

This does not include wear and tear, accidental damage or abuse. This does not affect your statutory rights.
